Took my wife in for a procedure and sat on the waiting room for her. The women on staff were catty and disrespectful. Constantly complaining loudly about having to work. The women displayed very poor customer service skills and a complete lack of work ethic.

The experience was awesome! The staff front desk( Chrystal) the nurses ( Tonya and Sarah ) the anesthesiologist Gi) and her assistant ( Emila ) and the surgeon Charles all help me feel comfortable.

I had eye surgery by Dr. Joseph Mando last week and the entire experience at Pacific Surgery Center was excellent. From the efficient check-in to being wheel chaired out I felt extremely well taken care of. Everyone was warm and thorough and even though they were very busy I felt like I was their very special patient. Each person taking care of me was professional and proficient. I highly recommend this facility.
