This place is a genuine nightmare. I lived here for two years this is everything that happened: 1) we were placed in a flea infested unit 2) the unit was not cleaned and had food and blood in the bathroom 3) the leasing office manager hit the bumper of my car 4) my clothes were ruined with smoke damage in a laundry room fire
Living in the pacific sunrise apartments has been a great experience! It’s close to UW and has private parking. The staff are always in a great mood and ready to help with any issues. I noticed some reviews that pointed management to be poor and others that the living conditions are not good, but I would say the exact opposite. I would recommend living here because it’s convenience. It’s affordable and easy. Management has bought all new appliances as seen in the pictures and staff are regularly making sure everything works.... read more
