I agree with Kathie and Jamie. I have left 8 messages for the customer service rep and the owner and have gotten one call back with a promise to call back again and nothing. The customer service is horrible. I filed a complaint with the BBB today. Don't waste your money.
The beds are great. Employee are knowledgable about tanning, and the salon is very clean.
I love the salons, staff and equipment, but hate that the owners do not respond to their clientele. I have left numerous messages with customer support and have NEVER received a response. Shame on you.
