Bought a sterio, speakers and an amp. They recommended an alpine system. It was installed and sounded terrible. I took it back the next week only to be told the amp. I just bought would not run the sterio, they sold me the amp?. They were rude and treated me like i was stupid. I saved up and bought another amp and had it installed, it sounds better but not how a $2000.00 sterio should. My Kenwood sterio I spent $200.00 on in my other car sounds better. I won't be going back.

I made a mistake. There receipt clearly stats all sales are final no refunds, but after dealing with Gus he totally hooked me up and worked it out for me. Made a me a happy customer.

I don't normally do this but Joe at Pacific Stereo totally killed it! I told him what I was looking for, and said what I thought I wanted. Joe made a couple of suggestions, and now we have one bad-A stereo system in our boat! Awesome customer service all round and the BEST prices! I'd definitely recommend Pacific Stereo. Happy boating!
