Sweat in style A high class operation, well maintained, very clean, top quality equipment, great lap pool, good instructors, good variety of community activity offerings, lovely spa, parking can get packed.
Great Grilled Cheese Okay so I don't know much about the catering except that it's always good when they use it for events like my swim team awards. The actual cafe within the PAC club is soooo good and offers a variety of salads, pastas, hamburgers, amazing smoothies, pizza, etc. My absolute favorite however childish it might be is their grilled cheese. Makes working out a pleasure My family joined the PAC in Jan of 2010 and have really loved it. We put it off for so long because we thought the amount we'd use it wouldn't justify the expense of membership. But we've found we use it way more than we anticipated. In the summer the pools are great with the kids. The Kid Zone and younger kids space is great (our kids love going to it), so that means Mom and Dad can actually get a work out in. Pacific Athletic Club Restaurant & Catering is dazzling A full service chef makes this afterthought of a workout a main thought for family dinner. They don't wait for formal events to treat you right and cater to your gourmet tastes. Call before you come as their may be an exclusive event.
great place I love the Pacific Athletic Club for holiday parties. The decorations at Christmas time are always very festive. They always make sure things are running smoothly and the catering is top notch.
Great workouts and pool Love this club. It has high quality machines and classes, and a lot of equipment. It gets crowded, catering to the corporate tech crowd, in the mornings and early evenings. During the days its great for stay-at-home moms as they have a great babysitting service and you can also stay for lunch. For the Elite only I've had the priviledge of visiting this place a couple times. It has to be the most luxurious athletic club. They have both indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a gym, basketball courts, pool, and awesome service. Although its a bit snobby there since everyone drives a BMW or Mercedes, normal people can go there as a visitor and enjoy the facilities for a decent price.
Health club meets country club The Pacific Athletic Club is an amazingly beautiful and expansive facility. It not only has tennis courts and three outdoor swimming pools but up-to-date traditional gym facilities plus squash courts and group exercise rooms. My most exciting moment was when I saw Jerry Rice working out there. They also have a nice cafe for a casual snack after working out and a more full-service restaurant which is pleasant. Great Athletic Club Great Club. Clean. Gym is great. Trainers are professioinal. Snack shop is very clean and the food is good and reasonable. Spa on premisies. # pools. Good children's athletic instruction.
