Marvin was one of the worst agents I have dealt with. I've asked to change escrow company from Pickford to another company that is 70% less cost. Marvin refused to return my request from the seller. There is something unethical going on between Marvin and Pickford escrow for refusing to save cost for the seller and buyer.
