For years we just hosted our site on a platform that would bill us for unknown or unused services and provide little business/marketing support. Once we met with PSP and their team, we realized not only could they host our site on a much more stable platform, but the annual cost saved us a fair amount of money. We have been a client for the last few years and they are top notch. The initial setup and switch from our old ISP was seamless and they are responsive to any questions that we may have with our service. They are the only firm I would recommend and they have capabilities way beyond the email and web hosting that we have through their firm.
