I had my routine scale and polish today and had a wonderful experience. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The dentist and hygienist were gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly throughout the appointment.

I had one of the worst dental experiences with Dr Ahluwalia. I attended the clinic because I was in severe tooth pain and was already feeling anxious. Unfortunately, there was very little communication or empathy throughout the appointment. The only treatment options I was given were to either extract the tooth or undergo a root canal. I was simply told it would require three sessions and given the cost, with no proper explanation of the procedure, the diagnosis, or why these were the recommended options. Excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Ahluwalia was professional, caring, and made my son feel comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was explained and easy to understand. I highly recommend Dr. Ahluwalia and the team for their outstanding care.

My wife recently attended her six-month dental check-up with Dr Grace Botham at Pacific Smiles Dental. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. During the appointment, Dr Botham appeared reluctant to provide advice or guidance regarding my wife's dental care and seemed focused on finishing the consultation as quickly as possible.
