I had a problem with a scoot that I didn't even buy here, their service guy Rick went out of his way to explain the CDI and related systems wiring to me. It is always great when an outfit shows such an excellent, helpful business ethic. Kudos Pacific Scooters.
I have the most common mass produced scooter ever made. They had NO parts for it. Not even a tire or battery. Seems they are only interested in selling new chinese scooters... LAME. LAME. LAME! PS: All the regularly posted 5 star reviews are obviously fake and pathetic. GET REAL!!!
If you are planning of buying a scooter I would recommend going to PACIFIC SCOOTERS. They have great selection of scooters with very affordable prices. Plus, they won’t pressure you of spending more like on upgrades if you do plan on one. They are very knowledgeable about scooters, too which is very reliable when you ask for recommendations. I don't have a car. Can't afford one at the moment. Did a ton of research on options. Considered a scooter (had a Honda Spree years ago as a "toy"). Found scooters online for $600 and up - delivered. Great service! Bought my first scooter there a few weeks ago, and the guys working were so nice and helpful. They didn't pressure me to spend more money and even gave me a free helmet. I would recommend them to anyone!
