A guaranteed sweat fest every time you come through. You learn from the best in technique and form. The staff here are amazing and although I'm no longer a member here those who are searching for a place to train to potentially fight in the ring, get a workout and lose some weight this would be one of those places!
Bad ass
I love this place. A mix of MT, conditioning and boxing classes. For a specialty gym, has a decent spread of classes throughout the day. Basically early morning, noon, evening. Awesome, amazing instructors full of energy and very dedicated. There's always other instructors or assistants wandering about during the MT classes to give pointers on form/technique which I find very helpful. I've been a member here on/off for a year and a half. I've been to more than a few gyms, and PRS is the most complete gym. PRS is a beautiful facility! It's got every type and size of bag for someone to work on. They have a workout area that is comparable to a lot of "crossfit boxes." Regardless of your age or experience, beginner to pro.
