Been at PRS for over a year, trained solely in Muay Thai. I've got to tell you - this place is hard to top. Excellent trainers, absolutely amazing program. Workout to your fullest! Unfortunately I had to move to Moscow for work, and now after such outstanding training experiencing a lot of trouble finding a good place/trainer here. At the end - guys from PRS are amazing!
Take your fitness to another level, train like the Muay Thai fighters, de-stress by punching mits and kicking bags without it punching you back! (I.e. Unless coach Ganyao holds the pads for you... keep your hands up). Friendly/humble staff (i.e. Some world/state champions, you wouldn't know it unless someone tells you) with a home gym atmosphere.
