They don’t address their maintenance issues like at 629 Camino De Los Mares in San Clemente… 3rd floor men’s restroom has had a faulty strobing light for over a year as well as the sink faucet barely trickling water out making it next to impossible to wash your hands… pretty frustrating for a paraplegic guy in a wheelchair… I have asked my provider I see there to request for maintenance and she has several times and it gets nowhere… when I call myself and press 3 for maintenance you can’t even leave a message lol
I have moved in to my unit 6 months ago and have had NOTHING but bad experiences. RATS; 6 inches. Little to no action taken. Horrible plumbing issues; I smell my neighbors taking a crap every morning and they do nothing to fix it (6 months now). One employee was especially rude when i tried to address an issue; he directly tried to reinforce a bill and late fee without looking at the data, in order to get me to pay late fees on a utility bill that was directly a result of their negligence. Becky and Tessa at the office have been great. Communicative, polite, professional, and responsive. Danny who typically handles maintenance is the same. Javier, who was covering him for some time, was polite and efficient. We’ve been renting with them for about 6 years. We started in one of their apartments and moved into another next door about 4 years later. Since this company is hiring people like this, I’d say this is a great company to work with. The app they utilize for payments is easy to use.
