worst customer service ever – If you value common courtesy then look somewhere else because they have none. My rent payment got there one day late and they still charged me a late fee on the next bill. I would have called earlier to clear it up but they don't even put a service number on the bill! They are very rude on the phone and barely even try to understand or help you. I feel sorry for whoever has to deal with them.
