Absolutely the worst company ever, bottom line. I wouldn’t have them property manage my doghouse if I have the choice. Non responsive and unorganized.
WORST company ever!!! Never replies to emails, never answers the phone. Been trying to get one item resolves for months!!
The greed of this company is immeasurable. They sent out a notice informing tenants that the company itself does not pay their employees a holiday bonus. And instead expect tenants to give the employees a "gift or gratuity." Pay your employees a fair wage. Then reward them yourself for going above and beyond. For your company's benefit.
