Best Motorcycle Assessories in the Valley – I purchased a motorcycle helmet a few days ago from here. i am new to motorcycling so I was happy the staff gave me excellent service find a helmet in my price range. I will go back when I am ready to buy a riding jacket.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! – I have purchased from this dealer, and it has been a horrible experience. I would not do this again!! The owner Danny Perry has no idea what "customer service" is. He will constantly try to steal your money at every turn. NO HONESTY, and once the sale is done your s*%t out of luck, and on your own! His service manager Sean is too nice to working there. He will be busy sorting out the owners mess... FIND ANOTHER DEALER, PLEASE!!!!
DONT SHOP OWNER IS A SCUMBAG THIEF – I recently went to store in chatsworth and was received with the worst customer service i've had the displeasure encountering.!!!!! To top it of owner tryed ripping me off $500 on a bike i was interested in buying so i let the rat cheese eating jerk finish his sale-pitch and informed him that i saw the bike cheaper some place else. so if your'e looking to buy a ATV,or any accessories DONT SHOP AT PACIFIC RIDES IN CHATSWORTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
awsome service,awsome price, – i went there sat morning was greeted with owner gary,very knowlegable guy knew all the riding spots asked me how and where i would be riding,i explained i was new to this sport and didnt know anything about it.he spend 2 hours explaining in detail about the sport where to go what to do i was very pleased not the pushy salesperson typ he wanted to make sure i knew what i was gettin myself into.i was so happy with service i went back the following week and bought 2 joyners 1 09 5 seater sand rail... read more
