I called to inquire about a listing in a particular condo a few months ago. The representative stated that they had other units in the building just not that one. That it had to be another realty. When I asked for information on the units he had available in the condo he told me I should try to call the one I was trying to reach. He was not willing to give me any information on their listings. I felt discriminated against and would not recommend Pacific Realty Group LLC.
Tony is a very professional military friendly property owner/manager. He has been with us every step of the way even outside of normal business hours to ensure a smooth process. I highly recommend you give them a chance to get you into your new home!
Margret was great showing the apartment and worked with me and the owner to address my specific needs. She is very knowledgeable and very professional!
*Edit* Scam alert! I spoke to Tony about a potential apartment, and it was a complete bait and switch. As we progressed in the conversation, it was apparent that the apartment listing is a shell listing. I called Tony out on it and he hung up. Avoid this "REALTY" company at all costs. It's a scam!
