I do not recommend this management company. I have never been treated as disrespectful as I have been by the owner of this firm. After a very large assessment to improve our property that was supposed to increase our value we have been thrown into a worse position. Having vendors, relatives and friends write reviews actually lets people know how shady a business is. Be careful who your HOA hires, your property value matters!!
Jana untruthful on too many occasions. Keep everything in writing. She will say you are harassing you if you ask for your deed rights. And will allow people in housing to call you names for the color of your skin or disabilities wich is illegal. You will need a lawyer if you use this company. You will need to go to court no Choice if you choose this management company. I called her and this is proof.
In my personal experience, this company has been unresponsive to homeowner requests for financial records, reserve statements, and project documentation, even though California’s Davis–Stirling Act gives owners the right to review such information. After I shared my concerns publicly, my access to the HOA’s online payment portal was suddenly blocked. I have never dealt with such an incompetent or nasty and dishonest company as was my experience with Pacific. Jana Gersten is the worst person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Her company is not a member of the BBB and she tries to make it look as though she has an office which is in fact a mail box at a UPS store. Dishonest from beginning to end.
