I have never dealt with such an incompetent or nasty and dishonest company as was my experience with Pacific. Jana Gersten is the worst person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Her company is not a member of the BBB and she tries to make it look as though she has an office which is in fact a mail box at a UPS store. Dishonest from beginning to end. She misappropriated $1,000 of my funds which I intend to retrieve in small claims court. Be warned, Jana and Pacific, in my opinion, is the worst choice anyone... read more
