My wife's bill went to collections because of the lack on information on their website on how to pay the bill. Please add a patient/customer tab and instructions on your website on how to pay bill online or by phone, by mail et al.

I have no idea what services they ever provided, but this morning a collection agency called Medcah ruined my credit report for a $20.00 bill from 2013. I always pay my bills instantly and whenever I go to a doctor I ask if I owe anything. I have no idea what it is - and they have no idea. I don't even know where to send the $20.00 - but it brought my credit score don tremendously.
