Requested C-pap supplies got wrong supplies. Called back & was told they would send return label, NEVER received. Called again for supplies & label, & was told I could go to office on Sillect Ave. Drove there & was billing office only. The one person there had no idea about ant supplies. She called her boss, who was on vacation, & got a person she could call. I spoke to this person & she said she found the correct hose for my unit. Got supplies, NO label still, again WRONG supplies.
