Thank you Dr Sarlek for helping me to control my anxiety and making me realize that a CALM life is possible. Thank you for helping me to be patient with my current boyfriend and helping me to realize what a great person he is and worth keeping. I'm quick to make decisions and self sabotage, but these days I feel I've progressed substantially.

I was in need of help. My Urgent Care kept telling me my EKG was fine, but my chest pains were real. They saved me by referring me to Dr Sarlak at this facility. The last 3 months under Dr Sarlak constant vigilance along with Dr Dunbars supervision has been a life changer It wasn't about only recovery, it is about shifting my whole thought process, it is about changing the patterns that made me not only physically sick, unproductive, and frozen, it is about me taking back my life.
