We had a good relationship with this company for a year, then we tried to get our deposit back. They didnt act correctly according to Landlord Tenant Law , keeping all but a few dollars out of \$750. I won a judgement for the \$750 plus costs. Be persistent. Take pictures and notes.

Best to call them and leave a message. I have had a very good pleasnt relationship with this agency. They have done what I ask them to do and they do it within a week or so. I have learned how to get their attention.
I called and their mailbox was full, not a good sign from a customer service standpoint.
