They recently assumed responsibility for the apartment complex I have been living in for 4 years. I have no words that can adequately describe how rude, inefficient, ruthless and utterly insufferable this firm is. They do not answer their phone. They do not answer their emails in a timely manner and they NEVER sign a name to the email so you have no idea who you're talking to. Run...run away...FAST!
Pacific Properties is a nightmare to deal with in every way possible.... Both Medford and Ashland offices are just as bad.
Pacific Properties was by far the worst and most unprofessional company that I have ever rented from. When we first got to the apt that we were renting it was unclean with dirty carpet. It had obviously not been cleaned after the last renter had moved out, i.e., there was still food left in the refrigerator and food all over the walls of the kitchen.
