I can't recommend Pacific Pride Roofing highly enough. They did an outstanding job replacing my roof in a timely manner, couldn't be happier. They also have the best warranty out of the 6 companies I received bids from. Most have a workmanship cutoff after 5 to 15 years, whereas Pacific Pride stands behind their work with a 50 year material and labor warranty. They also offer a full 5 year transferable warranty, a big plus for those who plan on selling soon. The owner, Brandon Marshall, is a pleasure to work with.
Replaced our roof and did a great job. Accommodated all the vents, and used care to allow breathing room between the roof and siding as is required by the type of siding we have. They also replaced wood sections where needed and placed guides for correct flow of water off the roof and into gutters.
We have been working with Brandon and Pacific Pride Roofing for more than 10 years now and they are a very reputable company to work with for all of your roofing needs. High quality work, excellent service, and great communication. I highly recommend them.
We would like to give shout Pacific Pride Roofing. They replaced our roof 2.5 yrs ago. We got a leak last week. I called them they were so nice and came out today and fixed it free of charge. Brandon and his team are dependable and reliable and always stand behind their work. Brandon is great about sharing his professional opinion and has never tried to upsell anything.
