They never know what they are doing. They mess up multiple times and are rude. I’ll be moving banks
The Templeton branch is great. The Atascadero branch is very unfriendly. I will go to Templeton to do business with them. Never Atascadero again.
Columbia bank recently took over for Pacific Premier and is an absolutely terrible bank! We were with pacific premier for 2 years and as soon as we start Dealing with Columbia, its been nothing but pending deposits and charges, taking several days to post, they keep 1800’s banking hours as most banks still do even though its 2026 and most places conduct business 7 days a week! My favorite part about Pacific Premier is all the ducks; they add color and laughter to the bank. The ladies at the front are incredibly sweet and always dressed to impress. Thank you for being so welcoming and kind!
