Gary, the owner of Pacific Pools & Spas in Bakersfield, CA, built my pool in the summer of 2019. On April of 2025 I called him about some cement deterioration and a light bulb that had gone out. My pool is still under warranty. He came personally to see the issues and told us he would have his "cement guys" redo the work in certain areas and he would replace the light above the play pad area.
