My tile was about 20 years old and looking gray above the water-line due to calcium. Glen's work resulted in bright, shiny tile that looks like new. Hopefully it will last a while! Update: It did not last even a year. He came out again, and the tile looked great...for less than a year! If your tile is old, don't bother using his (any?) service to improve it.

I had extensive hard water deposit on my tile and Glen took it right off with bead blasting. Tile was back to its natural condition! Very professional, very fair, and leaves the finished job clean! Highly recommend!!!!
