We’ve being living in this property for a few years, we were very lucky to get an apartment here, the new management is doing a great job there is a big improvement, they still have some areas to work, but in general we are blessed to have a roof over our heads, our kids have a decent space to grow we have nice neighbors and respectful families that lives here, the manager and the maintenance guy work very hard every day to keep the building clean and functional. This is a nice property to live.

I have lived here for some time now. I quite enjoy the area. The new management is great. I really don't plan moving out anytime too unless it is too another building in the area.

This is not a good place to stay, the manager is not in his office at all times, the janitor is in charge of personal information which is a breach of trust and our information should be confidential but the janitor and the property manager's girlfriend are always in our files ( information). The steps are dirty, the janitor doesn't fix things right, he doesn't know what he is doing. The manager is not on top of things at. Everyone should report this manager not a good property manager.
