Very good customer service and treatment
Every effort has been made to ensure the success of my recovery; unfortunately, Cigna Insurance and its subsidiary, Evicore, have made the process unnecessarily complicated. Dr. Valdivieso has done everything possible to satisfy each requirement requested in order to obtain authorization for an MRI.
