I called to ask questions about available shower bases. I've already done my research and worked with my plumber on required specs such as thresholds, drain configuration etc. Now I am ready to make a decision and have questions on availability. I understand they are a wholesaler, but I find it frustrating they will not even talk to me (the homeowner) about the products I am choosing for my plumber to install.
