Dale and Shon are the best! I have used this company several times and have been impressed by the quality of customer service I get on the phones and with the actual service people. I find it the follow-through is superb from the office . They are especially respectful of the customers time being very accurate with their time frames and showing up when they say they will show up. I also think they are very honest telling me when there are problems and what needs to be fixed. I will call them definitely for all future needs.
Dale was awesome... fast ....efficient...friendly. ... the work is always done with quality. We had our garbage disposal fixed that was done in a second. Our faucet was in need of replacement and that was done very quickly as well. Thanks so much!
When our water heater went out (after a semi-fix by getting the pilot light lit), we called on a Saturday morning to get an estimate. Not only did we get a call back within the hour, we were told the new water heater could be installed the same day! After an initial consultation, Ramon came to the house with a water heater that was bigger than we had hoped for! Dan was simply fantastic and went above and beyond in this repair! I called in the morning and by 1:30 the job was complete! Three other companies came out to look and couldn't complete the task - Dan was amazing and knocked it out no problem! Highly recommend!
