Filled out escrow papers for a property sale, process went extremely smooth.
Well lit, helpful attendants/security, & facility maintenance that are all very good to work with. Building access is 24 hr. with badge. Cleaning crew is also professional and there in the evenings. Lots of elevators, and parking is available, but I've always come via bart which is located just across Treat Blvd from the Plaza. Therefore, I can't speak to the convenience of the parking.
