The office is always so nicely decorated and the staff attentive!
My teenage daughter developed breast early, and by the time she started in high school, they were very large, pendulous and asymmetrical. One was a DD and the other was a D. My Fiance had an Abdominoplasty and liposuction with Dr. Joyce Chen about 4 weeks ago. The results are amazing! First off, her stomach looks perfectly fit and natural. Aside from the scar, which is still healing you would never know that she had this procedure done. The surgery itself went perfectly and recovery was not as hard as we anticipated. I had my previous implants for 40 years, and they ruptured. Dr. Chen was able to replace them. The surgery went very well, and she did a great job! The first day of surgery there was some initial pain, but the next day I did not need to take any pain killers following the surgery. Thank you Dr. Chen!
Extremely unprofessional staff. Called multiple days in a row around the listed opening time, unable to get through. Was called back after 7 PM twice (after their business hours.) Called for a consultation with the DOCTOR and felt like staff was asking too many personal unnecessary questions.
