It has been two months of sheer hell....they came out in December to order parts, (2 parts for two different appliances), weather was not great for the one repairs, but I asked for first appliance to be repaired as scheduled that day. They said they could do that, but would be paying a SECOND service fee when the second part was delivered. horrible service. One excuse after another on why the part wasn't delivered...bottom line is tech didn't correct address prior to ordering. 2 weeks later still waiting for repair to be done...go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle
Things the 2nd time we have used. Mr. Appliance. I have rated them before and gave them 5 stars. The true test is can a business give the same exceptional service again. Mr Appliance did just that. From the online chat booking my appointment after hours on a Sunday to my texts and calls letting me know when my service person would arrive they deliver. Jody was rude and very unprofessional. I had to ask her 3 times to speak to the manager. She said what for!? I said you just called me 1 second ago. Paul, from Mr. Appliance of Knoxville, was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. He did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with my Frigidaire refrigerator and promptly fixed the problem. I will definitely recommend Mr. Appliance of Knoxville to my friends in Dandridge and Jefferson City.
I paid Mr. Appliance approximately 425.00 to fix my dishwasher. After 4 trips to my house, and time off from work, the final result was that the dishwasher could not be repaired. They refunded me 135.00 of the fee, and I am left with a non working dishwasher. Unacceptable. I do NOT recommend their service.
This company does not consistently stand by the work they do. I would be very cautious before hiring them to do any service. They repaired my refridge and the part failed within 1 year. Although they came back to fix a second time, their repairs only lasted 9 months. They refused to come back and stand behind the return visit and repair. They wanted to charge for a full diagnostic and repair. Seems a little shady.
Josh came out and did a total install of my freezer parts. He did not cut corners and just splice in. He totally replaced the parts. We are up and running, quietly. Thank you Josh Jbabe
