I had one of the most unprofessional experiences of my life here. I went in for tooth implant. I agreed to pay after operation not before with assistant. During operation doctor scolds assistant for a reason I don't understand. After operation when I am in pain and on painkillers, assistant explains I owe an additonal $2000 because of a costing error. I had a fantastic first visit and exam at Dr. Harandi‘s office. Ashley, who I spoke to on the phone prior to my appointment was friendly and helpful. Dr. Harandi did a top-notch job explaining everything to me in detail prior to the exam and afterwards when discussing my treatment plan. Cathy did a great job of explaining my coverage and setting up my first appointment.
I was referred here by my dentist for gum grafting, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The procedure was smooth, surprisingly easy, and not painful at all. Doctor Harandi was not only highly skilled but also very caring and kind, which made me feel completely at ease. I’m so grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of this treatment.
