As crazy as this sounds, no matter what the situation, I actually LIKE going to the dentist...As long as it's Dr. Cramm's office. The staff and Dr. Cramm always make my visit a pleasant one. What an amazing team!
Everyone in your office is wonderful. They are friendly yet professional, explain everything being done, are gentle and caring, make me feel welcome, and I always refer you when anyone asks who loves their dentist. You all even pronounce my name correctly! Seems like a small thing, but makes me feel remembered and has probably contributed to the fact that I've remained at this dental office longer than any other in my life! Thank you all.
Everything was great! Dr. Cramm and the entire staff are wonderful and I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone!!
I always have a great experience. Vicki is a terrific hygienist and I am very pleased with everyone's professionalism. I think I have been a patient now for 30 years!! I guess that is evidence enough to know that I am satisfied and certainly would refer anyone.
I always enjoy (!) my visits to this dental office. It is always immaculate and everyone is very friendly and helpful. My dental hygienist is excellent and, over the years, my dental health has improved because of your excellent services and care.
