As a retiree, I no longer have dental insurance. I had my teeth cleaned and was happy with the Hygenist. Then she said it had been two years since they did gum measurements (my term, not hers) and asked if I would like her to do that. I said OK, and it took her about 2-3 minutes. She said they were the same as before. I never saw a dentist. Upon leaving, I asked what the $74 fee for "periodic oral evaluation" was. They said it was for checking the gums. Dr. Cramm and Dr. Riggs are excellent. The entire team at the office is wonderful, friendly and so nice. The hygienists are awesome too, thorough but gentle--our family loves Kathy!

I felt my previous dentist, who I have been going to for a long time was not on the cutting edge as far as technology goes. When my dentist retired, the dentist that replaced him did not really establish the kind of trust with me needed in a healthcare situation. Dr. Riggs was recommended by a friend, I was looking for a new dentist that was up to date on technology and that definitely was the case with Dr. Riggs. The required level of trust was established quickly and I feel my dental care is in good hands.

The entire staff at Dr.Riggs office is exceptional. They are welcoming in every way. Dr. Riggs himself is very patient and takes the time to make sure that every question is answered and that you are comfortable with every step of the process, no matter how simple or complex. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality dental care.

In meeting Dr. Cramm and his staff for the first time, I was very impressed from the minute I walked in the door. The staff was ever so pleasant and professional and prompt. The Dr. and his chair side staff could not have been any nicer. The Dr. was so welcoming, explained some of my concerns and did not tell me, like some other Dr's . I interviewed that i needed lots of work done. I would highly recommend Dr. Cramm.
