this repair shop is a rip off he replaced a engine in my boxster while the engine was out he said he would replace the oil separator and i just found out that he did not ! he also said he was going to replace the two front axles and the motor mount but when he was finished i asked him for the parts he replaced he said he threw them out ! i am having issues with all the parts i have mentioned this is a dishonest person i belive the accent is fake he doesen't even have a website ? First of all....I like my cars like I like my bikes...running strong and safe. I brought in my Porsche 911 to have the oil changed and run a system check before I go out and have a little fun. Everything was great except a slight metal debris in the oil. I freaked out like anyone should, but I was told it’s the ims bearing failing and good thing it was spotted early or major engine failure would have occurred very soon. Thank you Pacific Park Auto for looking through and saving my motor! :)
This place is amazing! They have great customer service and attention to detail. Sam is straight forward and honest about what your car needs. He goes out of his way to help his customers and give a great experience. The shop itself is beautiful! I've never been to a mechanic shop that was as chic as it is professional. You're definitely getting more than you pay for at this shop!
