Thank you so much to Dr. Hasan, and his amazing staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! The doctors were amazing as well. I am extremely happy with my results. Due to my accident I was suffering from lots of pain and discomfort. Unable to workout and do my job. After my injections, I have been feeling great ! I am able to workout again and do my job without the pain and discomfort. Thank you again
The doctors have been great. Minus points for long wait times. Currently been waiting an hour for a 945 appt. How are we this backed up so early? Hate to think what happens to the folks at the end of the day. Also, they don’t send appointment reminders. Just a basic courtesy. Also showed up for an appointment where they couldn’t treat me because of broken equipment. Could have been avoided if staff and drs communicated to each other
Wouldn’t know. Pretty disappointed with the prejudices and discrimination. Every problem I met with solution and resolved personally. After waiting weeks for appointment, fumbled my way there. was admin issues. Couldnt see him EVEN though I got the mess straightened out with the referral still in time for appointment. Their head office denied me bc of my HMO and a verbal and faxed authorization. Had a credit card for prepay 500 then changed her mind and said even if I do that and he needs to administer injections, they will ... read more
