Well I called today to find a new doctor to help me out with this excruciating pain that I live with 24/7. So I talked to the receptionist she's very nice and she said okay I'll call you back let me talk to the doctor so she calls me back and says I'm sorry we can't see you here and I go but I'm a chronic pain sufferer and she goes well doctor won't see you so what's up with that? a pain management doctor supposed to manage somebody's pain or find an option to deal with it I just don't understand this how they could refuse t... read more
Pacific Pain Care and staff are absolutly wonderful! Dr. Banerjee has been very informative, understanding, and helpful with my particular medical issues. Dr. Banerjee has done several procedures on me and has always been available to me for any questions I may have had. I feel very comfortable under his care. The nurses in the surgical area for before the procedures and for recovery are all very nice and super helpful. I could not have been placed in a better pain management office than this!
Not happy with services at all! Location confusing thought it was dental office have to read sign on door to know it was the same office. Dr. made me feel uncomfortable and was not friendly at all.
I was a bit sceptical going to a pain clinic. Dr Banerjee made me feel very comfortable. He spent time with me explaining all the treatment options. He discussed the risks and benefits very well. He allowed me to ask all the questions I wanted and gave me thorough answers. I feel confident in his ability to manage my chronic pain that I have had since back surgery in 1998. We went ahead and did the injections he recommendec as well as the medications he prescribed. I feel like a new person thanks to him.
