Mom went in for a full cast yesterday today was in serve pain called them up they got her back in right away with no problems they re casted it because the swallow had went down 70% which was probably reason for the pain. Very happy with customer service and everyone in there that help. They are very quick and on top of thinks. A++++ in My book. Will refer Thanks
Terrible customer service over the phone. Seemed unwilling or not caring enough to help. Can't rate the rest of the office based on a horrible phone experience.
