I have 3 kids and they needed wisdom teeth surgery. My two daughters went first, same day and we were pleased with their service, there is always somebody to answers your questions the Dr is also available in case you need to talk to him. Now my third kid had it done last week and everything went perfect, their personnel is kind and professional we feel confident after talking to the Dr , he takes the time to explain things to you. Very happy with heir customer service.

Tracey, the woman on the phone in front, began complaining about my child's other parent (even mocking him) to me over the phone... And the dr (after telling us how RARE it is to injure a nerve) admitted when I questioned him that he'd damaged nerves in patients mouths during surgery but said he didn't know how many times it had happened.. All this aside from the insane surgery plan he had! No thank you!
Never met awesome people specially at a dentist but this office has the best personnel here. Thank you for your warn welcoming Monica ., makes us feel happy
Excellent Dr. and staff, particularly, Soco one of the Dental assistants - she is the sweetest and made me feel so comfortable before/after my procedure!! Dr. Jacobs is very kind and made me feel at ease about the procedure. Before I knew it, it was done and I was on my way to recovery! Highly recommend! I had gone to another Oral Surgeon that was recommended, and I am so glad that I went here due to all of the great reviews online. My three wisdom tooth were pulled out under general anesthesia (totally knocked out), and healed quickly with minimal discomfort. Thanks to Dr. Jacobs. He has great staff, they are very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs to everyone.
