RecommendedAmazing Oral surgeon!! Thank you so much DR. Carlson!! I had to have an emergency tooth extraction, and I tell you he was awesome! I did not feel a thing, keep in mind I am deathly afraid of any dental work. I am also 7 1/2 months pregnant and he made me feel so comfortable. Thank you again!! I will be coming back to finish my work after I have this beautiful babygirl!

The best experience I have ever had. I don't like oral surgery. I don't like having my mouth propped open, I don't like having teeth taken out, I don't like bone grafting (found this out recently) and I don't like mouth pain. What I do like is the way Dr Koh and her staff took care of me. I was beyond nervous and anxious and was a little bit shaky. Dr Jacob and his staff are the finest oral surgery practice around fun and professional.
I have been to the Thousand Oaks and Simi locations and both are impressive with state-of-the-art equipment and everything is very clean. Dr. Carlson is an excellent surgeon (and all-around caring doctor who aims to troubleshoot and help clients above and beyond). The front office staff as well as the assistants are extremely professional and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this practice for dental needs.
Both of my sons have had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr Jacobs. From the consultation appointment to the follow-up it was a professional, friendly experience.
