Poor customer service We deal with their location in Northern California. If you need a $500 paper weight then give these guys a call. Otherwise use someone else. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. The fax component of our machine hasn't been working right for over a month. We have lost money and the response we get from them is "We are working on it." Their salesman sold us on their customer service and it doesn't exist.
They sold us HAL! We have had several copiers from this company but the latest is not so good. It has a mind of its own and prints out error reports. They have come by several times to try and fix but I have a ream of error reports. Wish they would just change out!
Generous!!! Pacific Office Automation is a great business to have in our neighborhood. The amount of money they feed into the community in donations is astounding. They are generous to a fault. This is the epitome of a business giving back to the community.
