Dr. Chang is an exceptional Doctor and Surgeon. After much research and a previous Doctor’s consultation, I scheduled a consult with Dr. Chang for a dry eye condition which was causing excessive tearing. After an examination, she clearly explained the problem and outlined a plan for surgery that would keep the essential fluids in my eyes preventing the tears from escaping. I had gone to several doctors trying to understand why and how to correct swelling that was under one eye. I went to one Oculofacial Plastic surgeon at Swedish who recommended I go see a specialist at UCLA. I didn’t want to fly to California, so I called the doctor at UCLA and asked him to do an initial virtual consultation to look at my eye. He then recommended I go see Dr Chang in Bellevue. Dr. Chang is amazing! I went to her for upper eyelid filler after a not so great experience with a very well known LA surgeon and Dr. Chang was absolutely wonderful—she was kind and understanding, really listened to what I wanted, and got me the exact aesthetic result I was hoping for! She also made the process super comfortable and I felt completely safe in her hands. I wouldn't go to anyone else for such a sensitive area! I can't recommend Dr. Chang enough.
I have been seeing Dr. Chang for almost a year now and I won't go to anybody else! She's always attentive, timely and honest with the goals I have and what is reasonable for me. She's also incredibly personable, friendly and great to talk with so I always look forward to coming to see her. 10/10 recommend!!
