I came into Dr. Chang with some very complicated eye problems. She sat with my husband and myself and explained all that was going on. She was very informative and explained just how complicated my problems were. The entire process from consultation and now completion of the surgery, was beyond excellent. The surgery was done in the office, the premedication was perfect, very pain free. My swelling was so little, no bruising, the end result was beyond expectations . Dr. Chang was thorough, kind, professional and also honest about the treatment plan and expected outcomes. She did a great job on my eye procedure!
Dr. Chang is a real one! Awesome professional who cares deeply for her patients and does amazing work. Can always have laugh with her too.
Great results, efficient communication, Dr Chang is honest and pragmatic. I am a bit disappointed that the consultation fee could only be waived if a surgery happens within three months of the consultation, but that's minor.
I had a lower blepharoplasty and fat repositioning. From consultation to procedure and after. Everything was smooth. Dr. Chang is highly skilled and very thorough with her work. She is super pleasant and answered any questions or concerns after my procedure. I am overall super happy with the end product and would higly recommened to anyone looking to get this procedure. You really get what you pay for! 10/10!
