I had Asian blepharoplasty done by Dr. Chang. She has done an excellent job. From the consult to the final 4 month post surgery appointment she was always attentive to my concerns and explained what was going on and what to expect with healing. She also made sure to address reasonable expectations for a 60+ year old, but I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Chang. She performed upper blepharoplasty and ptosis surgery, and the results were beyond my expectation. She has solid credentials, is exceedingly skilled, thorough and completely professional. Her assistant, Maya (sp?) is wonderful as well. Not only is my appearance less harsh but best benefit is the amount of light that I now have access to post surgery. It's as though I removed a visor I had been wearing for years. It was definitely a great decision.
I had the best experience here! I read bad reviews here and cannot help but think that they are fake as my experience could not have been better! This Doctor is very attentive and careful. she advises you of all possible outcomes so you make informed decisions. What I really appreciate - she never pushes any services on you: it is your choice from step one. Great post-op care, very attentive. I could not be happier with my results.
I went in and got Botox treatment a week before a girl trip at Dr. Chang's office. She gave me a bruise from the procedure and uneven eye brows. My right side is going up and the left side is stiff due to too much botox. It's the worst one I've ever gotten, and when i contacted Dr Chang, she was dismissive in our conversations.
