Saved my life. I came in with major depression from numerous significant losses - which happened all at once. I could not cope. I felt "completely unfixable" and told her so. Could not see a future. She gave me hope, listened compassionately, and saw me often until we got the RX perfect & "talked it out". I now feel like a new healthy and *happy* person. Have seen numerous p-docs over the years but no one comes close to her. Incredibly skillful doctor. Highest recommendation.

Much like the other reviewer, Dr Hategan rarely took her eyes from her computer. I was explaining my problems and symptoms when she interrupted I can't even figure out how to code this. kind of taken aback I asked Code what? An Insurance Code so I can get compensated! It took the wind out of my sails, she seemed more concerned with getting paid than helping me get better. It took over 9 months to be billed and my portion was such that continuing with Dr Hategan would be a strain.

Dr. Hategan did not bother to tear her eyes away from her computer screen during our meeting, not even to greet me. The series of questions were robotic and impersonal, leading to a blatant misdiagnosis for a disease that I show no symptoms for. My appointment was 25 minutes late, and I was informed that this was standard for their office. I will not be returning, and I would never recommend her to a friend or relative.
