Everyone that I have encountered with the PACE program is kind, caring, and passionate about patient care and advocacy. I would recommend PACE time and again. So glad to have this program available!
I’ve had a really positive experience with the PACE program. The team is caring, attentive, and truly goes the extra mile to support both participants and families. I appreciate how everything is coordinated so well—it takes a lot of stress off knowing my loved one is in good hands. It’s clear they genuinely care about quality of life, not just medical needs. I would absolutely recommend PACE to others.
We’ve worked with this program multiple times, most recently while taking on a patient of theirs, and they’ve always been great to partner with. Their team is communicative, responsive, and easy to work with, which makes transitions smooth and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about their patients and value strong collaboration with other providers. We always appreciate working with them and would highly recommend!
This place is horrible. Coordination of care is awful! They make promises but don't keep them. They didn't pay my mother’s bills after being told they would. I took billing information to them multiple times. I stopped getting bills months after my mother passed away. The care providers they contract with are unreliable and unprofessional.
