Terrible experience. Staff minimized, dismissed, and at one point even joked about my reports of horrible symptoms/ side effects. With a total lack of validation or offering solutions, I had to be my own best advocate to be taken seriously and felt gaslit. She decided to forgo compensation since that this was also her chance to have biological children, that we would cover everything medical and that our kids would have a relationship with their biological mum. However, after having a conversation with PNWF, she said the PNWF staff asked her to ask for compensation.... read more
