I found Radiance Dental online and had an urgent reason to come to them. My temporary crowns on 2 teeth had fallen off. I was in quite a bit of discomfort when I called Noor and she was able to get me an appointment the next morning. When I came in, the girls at the front desk, Noor and Cassy, were sweet and very kind. I was taken back to be seen and have x-rays done. I don't generally write positive reviews because i just say thank you to the providers and I'm on my way. But my experience at Radiance Dental was awesome, so I want others to read because everyone deserves to be treated by the best provider. The team - Dr Jasmine, Dr Sharma, and the staff deserves an accolade of appreciation. Very attentive to my needs and my comfort. Totally pain free injections , I have no idea how the Dr does it. Convenient and Expert! Two things I like about Radiance. First, they are open on Saturdays and also had appointment times later in the afternoon than I'm used to seeing at a dental office. Second, they actually train other dental professionals which made me feel very comfortable with their level of expertise. Since they have access to specialists, I was able to get all the care that I required under one roof instead of being sent all over town. I am terrified of the dentist, however I feel like I have been living there the last six months or so because I needed a lot of work done! Today was finally my last appointment and I feel so blessed to have found this amazing group of women! Dr. Jasmine definitely knows what she is doing and will make sure you get the care that you need... Also her assistant, Terry was like a breath o fresh air! I was so impressed with Radiance Dental and all their staff. I was passing through Vancouver on my way to Alaska. They squeezed me in for Two Appointments in less than 5 days for Deep Cleaning. Explained all procedures and costs to me which was very reasonable. Dr. Jasmine, Leann (Hygienist), Jasmine and Office Staff really know how to take care of you. Thank You All For A Great Experience. I recently had a lot of work done including a difficult root canal. All of it was done virtually pain free. Going to the dentist is never fun, but all of the people at Radiance do a great job to make you as comfortable as possible.
