The other offices might be good, but the Huntington Beach office is a joke. They don’t know how to do paperwork they don’t know how to make appointments I would avoid the Huntington Beach location and probably this business at all costs if you seriously care about your mental health because they don’t care about mental health.
Miriam is absolutely the worst provider I’ve ever seen. She actually prescribed both Respiridone and Lurasidone at the same time. Luckily, the pharmacist warned me not to take both. Miriam was constantly forgetting things like the memory test I took (ironic) and never acted like she cared. She just doesn’t. She should not be practicing much less actually prescribing medication. Well, we're two for two. Referred by my PCP @ Hoag. Took me forever to get through (the phone transfers immediately to music after making a selection). I spent a long time listening to music and then I was transferred where I spent a lengthy amount of time on the phone with the new client intake person.
