PNS has a great business model for making money utilizing mostly nurse practitioners. I completely agree with the other one star reviews here. Poor care and they don't return phone inquiries, particularly about their price gouging. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a reputable medical doctor.
Horrible experience. Cancel appointments. Don’t connect to phone appointments. Took over 2 weeks for my subscription because they didn’t send for approval.
My son saw Dr. Hanna and it was just horrible. She needs to retire badly. I felt like she wasn't understanding anything I was saying and I was on constant repeat. She didn't even interact with my son. I complained to the front office and they didn't seem to care. Asked for another provider and was told to come back when he's 8. Horrible service!
I have been with PNS for about 7 years now. I have always had great care and attention by my care provider. However, I see negative reviews for other providers in the group.
This is the 2nd time I've had a problem with refills. I'm going to change my star rating if my issues are resolved. For Dr.s that should pride themselves on the well-being for their patients, they need to be aware of the drugs and the pharmacy issues.
