Well, we're two for two. Referred by my PCP @ Hoag. Took me forever to get through (the phone transfers immediately to music after making a selection). I spent a long time listening to music and then I was transferred where I spent a lengthy amount of time on the phone with the new client intake person. This place is a SCAM!!! T. Brett's office assistant is insane and will scream at you, absolutely unprovoked. You'd think psychiatrists would hire mentally stable staff. Provider's are often late to scheduled appts and their staff will block you from seeing provider when it's their fault and charge you for a missed appt fees. They scheduled appts for me without my knowledge so they could bill me missed appt fees without working. Their license should be revoked.

Sloppy and weird professionals. I was called lazy? And when I expressed that I was going through depression and couldn’t keep up with personal hygiene, was laughed at and told to have my kids brush my teeth for me. Such a weird experience, will never be back!

Don't ever schedule an appt here. They're office lady will scream at you and block your phone appt and charge you missed appt fees when you literally called them because you hadn't received a call. This is medical billing fraud fyi.
